  6. It's probable that sometimes your child will get hungry right before bedtime. In such occasions, opt for a light snack, like a fruit, with no caffeine or too much sugar.
  7. As a last tip, keep in mind that your child should complete their sleeping cycle every night in order to rest effectively. This means that they need about 8 hours of good night's sleep each night.
